I would like to rate 0. Condescending approach, inability to think outside of the old school medical skeleton, failure to provide diagnosis, referral or help for someone who is very sick. Total lack of empathy.
Husband had an appt waited 1.5 hrs in the room for the Dr. to show. Once he was able to meet with her, he did feel she was very thorough and left it as she would follow-up with him on Monday with next steps and referral for 3 day allergy panel. No phone call, placed 2 messages later that week asking for next steps. No return call. Called the following Monday and was told make another appointment.
