The medical offive did not provide us documentation requested by the attorney, my father had to come to the office multiple times that we needed their assistance. After weeks of calls and requests, we finally got the files. But it was eroneus and missing many details. Our attorney had to contact the clinic to get the necessary documents.

Very disappointed with front desk being behind not responding to my lawyer very unprofessional.. Doctor Levine is great
Doctor works for the insurance company. She is licensed in 15 states and writes boiler-plate insurance denials without ever actually seeing or speaking to the patients whose medical treatment she denies. Would not recommend sending anyone you care about to her.
