Dr Daphnis has been my family’s PCP for many years—-first with my husband and I and 2 children until they graduated from high school and went to college. Wait time sucks! I've been coming here for years and the soonest i have ever left was 1.5 hrs after my scheduled appointment time. I'll usually wait around 50-60 minutes in the waiting room and another 20-30 minutes in the private room. If you plan on coming here block out 2 hours from your schedule. All of my other doctors are quick and efficient. In and out in less than an hour. I don't know why this office is so slow and inneficient. Maybe new office manager leadership is needed?
As a new patient with health concerns, Dr. Daphnis took time to address all of my issues. She was very thorough during my examination. She reviewed previous labs, explained in layman’s terms and ordered necessary tests. Excellent bedside manner!!!! I found my new pcp.
Worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor. I was a new patient. Wait time was way too long. Nurse had no bedside manner at all. Dr. Daphnis did NOT listen to my main concern and dismissed it completely, after I asked for a referral to see a specialist. Her appearance is very unprofessional. When I saw her, she came with thong sandals, exposing her GREEN toenails. Her nails were fake and long - also GREEN. I have never seen a Doctor present themselves in such an inappropriate manner.
