i called in july and requested my medical records (very few as i only went to this dr 1 time) be mailed to me, i paid to have it shipped over the weekend. i called almost 2 times a week for updates just to be told the administrator was constantly out of the office for weeks at a time. Dr Daphnis has been my family’s PCP for many years—-first with my husband and I and 2 children until they graduated from high school and went to college. My husband and I have seen her for more than 20 years. Will you wait sometimes? Yes! BUT when it’s your turn to see her, she’ll take all the time she needs with you. She is very thorough! Following her plans of care, she has found early stage cancers in both my husband and me and she refers to specialists as needed. Wait time sucks! I've been coming here for years and the soonest i have ever left was 1.5 hrs after my scheduled appointment time. I'll usually wait around 50-60 minutes in the waiting room and another 20-30 minutes in the private room. If you plan on coming here block out 2 hours from your schedule. All of my other doctors are quick and efficient. In and out in less than an hour. I don't know why this office is so slow and inneficient. Maybe new office manager leadership is needed?

As a new patient with health concerns, Dr. Daphnis took time to address all of my issues. She was very thorough during my examination. She reviewed previous labs, explained in layman’s terms and ordered necessary tests. Excellent bedside manner!!!! I found my new pcp.
