Worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor. I was a new patient. Wait time was way too long. Nurse had no bedside manner at all. Dr. Daphnis did NOT listen to my main concern and dismissed it completely, after I asked for a referral to see a specialist. Her appearance is very unprofessional. When I saw her, she came with thong sandals, exposing her GREEN toenails. Her nails were fake and long - also GREEN. I have never seen a Doctor present themselves in such an inappropriate manner. Worst experience I’ve had going to a doctor’s appointment. I arrived on time to my appointment and was not placed in a room until an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I let the receptionist know I had been waiting an hour and his response was that I was a new patient and other patients in the back can have multiple health issues going on. Male front office manager is plain rude either in person or over the phone. Doctor is good but almost about to switch due to his lack of manners. One bad apple in the office can cause a lot of problems.

This office charged me for no shows that were not true. The receptionist was very rude and would not verify. They also did not call in medications after my check up and blood work because they simply forgot. This has been a terrible experience since January. Please don't go to this clinic. You will be sorry.
