I truly do not have enough words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Pamela Asghar and her entire staff. I came to her needing answers, and she not only found the problem, but immediately understood the seriousness of my situation. What I was dealing with was far more dangerous than I realized, and knowing that now is incredibly scary. Dr. Asghar did not waste time. Worst clinic ever!!! First they switch providers right when I got there, second the ultrasound tech man made me put the probe myself. Then when I saw the dr she barely talked to me and just felt not heard since my history of losses. They told me they’d call if I need to make an appointment if my blood work showed I was pregnant when I was. Well they called and said I needed to repeat labs, okay that’s fine! Dr. Ashgar was nice enough, but a tad judgmental and/or condescending. I had expressed concern and anxiety over an invasive biopsy she wanted to perform and she really had no empathy and refused to administer pain management. I scheduled with another provider who is much more caring and taking extra precautions to prevent pain. I would have thought woman to woman there would be more advocacy and compassion. Disappointing.
Very nice professional staff and Dr. Ashgar is very through and kind will keep coming back. Ultrasound tech Leslie was amazing as well, very professional and he did not make me feel uncomfortable at all with my ultrasound even though I was nervous.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Asghar’s for over 15 years and have always appreciated her straightforward approach and excellent care. I recently tried to schedule an appointment for myself and my daughter, but I’ve encountered some difficulty reaching the front office. Each time I’ve called—four times in total—the receptionist immediately asks to place me on hold, often without any follow-up.
