This team is amazing and Dr Powell is so knowledgeable!!! The quality of care is unbeatable and their bedside manner is impeccable. They use cutting edge technology in a body-friendly way to address and heal the core cause. I would highly recommend them. I am grateful that Dr Powell got me eating steak, smiling and sleeping again.
My TMJ issues were life changing. In the two years that I sought treatment prior to going to Dr. Powell and obtaining one of her specialty MicrO2 night guards, I was having to put my meals through a blender. My mandible had resorbed on one side enough that I could no longer talk without my teeth crashing together on that side, and my teeth would not touch at all on the other side. As a previous client, I am super disappointed with the lack of response from this office. I have called multiple times over multiple months trying to get back in for TMJ symptoms and to get my night guard adjusted and no one will call me back.
After being in terrible pain all weekend, I decided it was finally time to have my TMJ looked at and decided to call Dr. Powell. Come Monday, I found out her office was closed so I decided I would just call first thing Tuesday morning when they opened at 8am. I tried calling multiple times starting at 8:02, until 9:15. I was put through to her answering service every time, but I finally gave up when the answering service got snarky with me about hanging up.
