Our Doctor retired and referred us to this office. My Mother called and registered, let me know it was a quick process and to call. Had to call 3 times for anyone to answer, their voice system gives 0 options, and doesn’t even state if you’re leaving a voicemail or prompt, then was told they aren’t taking registrations for 2 more weeks and to try calling back Mid October 😂 Even though my mother registered 5min before we called. Inconsistent already, and are happy there was another choice.

Best doctor in London, I have being going to her for ever and ever she was in other locations before and I always follow her, if she went to the Moon I will follow her too. Her staff are wonderful too, I am so lucky to have a doctor like Pamela Andrea Smith in London Ontario.
