Extremely thorough, supremely confident in Dr. Kittipandaja, excellent results!
She refused to allow my mentally handicapped younger brother see Dr. Wang because he didn't have a photo identification. The fact is, he has never had a driver's license because he's not able to drive. Does that mean he can't get medical treatment? He has his medicare card, and his Humana insurance card and he has NEVER had a problem getting treatment with any other doctor during his seventy years of life. This discrimination against the mentally challenged is outrageous.
