She was the first Doctor Who actually tried to touch my body to see where the pain might be. Many doctors treat pain from the MRI not from the patient. Unfortunately, she was not able to resolve it except to say it may be psychological problem. I am going to address that, but I still think there is an additional issue because of the pain I get my right arm.
I have tried to get in with Rheumatologists since December. I had to change primary docs away from MH because of no response to messages left and referred required referrals, even though my insurance doesn’t require. New MD provided Dr Palwai information and I called and was able to get appointment scheduled without a referral! Her office was able to change my appointment due to circumstances beyond my or their control and was provided an appointment. Love the doctors her office staff is the worst I have ever encountered
I would give a zero if it was an option. The doctor is fine, the staff is terrible and they do not care.
