I am so bummed to see he retired! He was my doctor for Hashimoto's for the past 14 years. He not only managed my Hashimoto's, but also did all the bloodwork, bone density, and ultrasound of my thyroid each year. I am trying out Dr. Hong Lee, but I'm really nervous about my thyroid being managed as well as Dr. Paloyan.
For the one who was asking why they don't get a respone when they call dr paloyan's office. he retited and closed the practice July 1st 2020! Dr Paloyan was following up on my hashimotos and bone density! i can't say enough good things about him! i'm happy for him that he finally decided to enjoy private life and retire, but im having a tough time finding a good docror to trust with my thyroid issues!
Dr. Paloyan was my physician. It has been a few years, but ,I need his service now. Please provide a contact telephone to call for appointment. I have called the number that is listed at the address in Westmont, IL but no response. Please help!
I have been treated for hypothyroidism by Dr. P. for 15 years. He is the best! He created a treatment plan that changed my life. After seeing multiple endocrinologists that didn't listen to my symptoms, I finally found one with deep knowledge and understanding of Hashimoto's.
Dr. Paloyan has been managing my Hashimotos hypothyroid disease for over 15 years. He has been able to fine tune my medication to help me get the best results which a family practice physician would not take the time or have the expertise to do. He always takes the time to answer my questions and also discovered that I was deficient in vitamin D. I highly recommend him, however, I do not think he is taking new patients at this time.
I've been a patient of Dr Paloyan's for about 20 years. He has been able to manage my Hashimotos so that I was able to get pregnant (after struggling with years of infertility), have 2 successful pregnancies peri menopause , and now menopause . He is extremely knowledgeable and conservative in his treatment. He and all of his staff are kind and efficient.
Doctor Edward Paloyan and his staff deserve a five star rating. To correct a previous review....He is an Endocronolgist not a General Surgeon! . I have been under his care for hypothyroid for 25 years. I too had 2/3 rds of my thyroidremoved after years of conservative treatment and monitoring. He has been very good with my meds and keeping me feeling balanced. If you have thyroid issues you know what I mean by feeling balanced. Very freindly and efficient staff as well
he is a surgeon. he wont tell you about other options. i had my thyroid removed by him, then treated with radiated iodine 10 years later. the iodine is 1/20th the cost, and much less invasive. DO NOT have your thyroid surgically removed before looking into this option. Also, he charged me $15,000 out of pocket because he said his insurance payments were so high that my inusrance wouldnt cover it. try someone else first.
Dr. Paloyan Edward MD has a 4.5 star rating with 16 reviews.
Dr. Paloyan Edward MD is closed now. It will open on Monday at 9:00 a.m.
