I was given great service by all. From the moment I walked in to the time I was done. Dr. Salam was very nice and explained everything we did. Daniel was very helpful in picking out my frames and getting me the best possible price. I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of the first guy I spoke with but he was very helpful as well. Dr Salam, and everyone at 518 Eyes, is absolutely amazing!! Daniel helps me with my glasses and is so patient with me. And Dr Salam takes her time explaining everything she finds on the images and with my eyes. She diagnosed my dry eye and is fantastic with monitoring all of my care and preventive treatments. I cannot say enough good things!
I have been a patient at this office and, until this experience, had no major issues. I have been going here as a Type 1 Diabetic and felt comfortable enough to go during my pregnancy, so regular eye care is especially important to me. I had an appointment scheduled earlier this summer that I had to reschedule because of a work trip. I gave notice and rescheduled the appointment.
