Today we brought our 9 year old daughter in for her first eye exam with Dr Salam. I found the entire office staff to be welcoming and friendly towards us all; in particular, I truly appreciated how they all talked to and interacted with our daughter, and not just with us, explaining everything that they were doing and why. During the exam, I found Dr. Salam especially warm and engaging; she was kind and very thorough with finding the right prescription for my daughter's first pair of glasses. Honestly, I am not sure how she even has customers. I rarely write reviews because most places I visit whether it is an optometrist or a restaurant in general do a great job but this warrants a review because of how awful their customer service was. I’ve had a terrible experience with this doctor. I am not talking about the rest of the staff but particularly Dr. Paloma and her assistant Daniel.
