Two years ago, I was a new patient at Dr. Pales Healthcare, and I came in with a reoccurring issue, that I am now receiving treatment in another state. The staff were very friendly and worked with a medical staff in training during my first check up. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Pales for quite literally saving my life today. I was experiencing signs of a stroke, and thanks to her quick thinking, skill, and incredible dedication and sweet care, I received the immediate care I needed. I would caution others to consider this before trusting their health to this provider!!! I had a deeply disappointing experience with this practice. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to address a medical condition and obtain an ultrasound order. Unfortunately, the doctor did not even review my test results, and her assistant said that she was "too busy." Even more concerning, she failed to show up for the scheduled appointment and has not followed up since. This level of neglect is unacceptable in any medical setting.
Dr. Pales and her staff are great and super accommodating! Happy I was able to find a primary doctor that's local, invested, and genuinely cares about her patients and staff.
