I want to give the secretary a chance, but every time I speak to her over the phone or in person, she comes across as rude and mean. I hope the office can improve communication and provide a more respectful and friendly experience for patients.
I haven’t seen the doctor yet, but my experience with the receptionist has been extremely unprofessional . She gave me appointment options over the phone, but on the day of my visit, denied giving them, claimed I should have called beforehand, and rushed me off the phone, ultimately hanging up on me. I hope my opinion improves after meeting the doctor, but her behaviour was unacceptable.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pairaudeau since I was 16 years old, and throughout the years, he has consistently shown the highest level of professionalism and compassion. Through two pregnancies, he’s always been attentive, thorough, and incredibly supportive. I’ll never forget when I experienced a complication after giving birth—he personally opened his clinic on a Saturday just to see me because he didn’t want me, as a new mom, to wait at the emergency room.
