I found the receptionist to be very warm, friendly and she is the reason I felt comfortable in an uncomfortable situation by myself. She even held my hand and made my experience painless. And doctor Pairaudeau is very gentle and professional. For me, the gyno is a scary experience and both of them made the situation go swimmingly.

Nothing beats Dr. Pairaudeau's experience, knowledge, skill, and genuine care for his patients. I want to give the secretary a chance, but every time I speak to her over the phone or in person, she comes across as rude and mean. I hope the office can improve communication and provide a more respectful and friendly experience for patients.
