This lady does not care about your health needs. She overmedicates you to keep you in her care. She also is very negative. She will listen for 2 seconds then sell her bs vitamins that are overpriced. Her diabetes program?, her weight loss program before addressing your actual needs. If I had stayed in her care, my current doctor said I "probably would have died". I can get that in writing also. After trying other doctors and other treatments, Dr Thakkar immediately identified the problem as an inflamattion of the heart lining. She turned me over to infectious disease Dr, that led to a drip line into my heart and self administerd IVs every four hours around the clock for 4-6 weeks. The pain was in the lower back, and not in the heart, but after reading the lab results she identified the problem, and fortunately for me, she provided access to the solution.

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all

All she cares about is money. She made me take unneccessatry tests for $4,000.then wouldn't give me the results unless I came in for another office visit. When I did, they told me I was fine. Takes your credit card number and will not let you make payments, charges you in full. They also charged me to have my records sent to another Doctor telling me it is a "state law" they have to charge...no other doctor EVER charged me for this! Also charged me $80. for a one line letter on letter head for me. VERY money hungry, that's a... read more

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions
