My visit was completely overshadowed by the receptionist, Vilma. She was incredibly rude — constantly cutting me off, speaking to me in a demanding tone, and repeatedly telling me to “sit down” without giving me a chance to explain myself. There was no effort to listen, acknowledge my concerns, or even show basic courtesy. Said I was imagining things 🤔 left after that and never came back. I found a better doctor.
Always crowded—always overbooked. Never any place to sit. Not very friendly (doctors often feel that being rude is equated to being truthful/honest—you can care for someone & tell them the truth about their health without being rude). This office lacks warmth when it comes to the care of ALL people—not just those who have similar cultural backgrounds. Always a horrible experience when I come to this office.
