I’ve tried 3 times to get someone on the phone, even went to the office to explain why I needed to help my mom see the Dr. (meds have expired). Made an ‘appointment’ for a phone consultation. To call my phone, specifically, so I could help my mom. Waited an hour and a half. Tried to call them. AFTER HOURS! OF COURSE! Walked mom back to her house. Forget this crap! I will be finding a new Dr for my mom.
