You call and they don’t give a chance to say a word before placing you on hold until one gets tired and hangs up. Called again and same thing happened.

My husband went to the doctors quite a few times last year and the year before and we didn’t get any bills. All of a sudden we get a $600.00 bill. Ok, I call them to see why they didn’t charge us when they should’ve charge us then and for each individual visit. They waited for it to pile up and stick us with a big bill.
