My father has been hospitalized numerous times in the past three months. I have seen Dr. Bassuk quite a few times while he was visiting my dad. However, I was so overwhelmed with warmth when I saw him chase after the nurse that is assisting my dad to provide the care my dad needs. Thankful for his care.
I am deeply troubled by the care my family member received at York Healthcare and Wellness Centre. Under the supervision of Dr. Pablo Bassuk, there were significant delays in coordinating necessary medical procedures, leading to undue stress and health risks. Additionally, the facility engaged in questionable billing practices, including retroactive charges that were not disclosed at the time of admission.
