Why do they not allow us to book an appointment before 12am it is unprofessional and if someone is injured or in pain what should they do this is not good

My daughter been told can’t have an X-ray it causes cancer? What? No examination referred to physio? What? How is this offering a doctors service? Not a happy customer.

I changed my GP practice to Mile Lane 3 years ago. I have to say I’ve been delighted with the service I have received. I have never had a problem with speaking to a practitioner - always on the same day as requesting a consultation. When a non urgent face to face appointment has been called for, this has been offered within days of making the request. My experience has been the exact opposite of the poor reports and quibbles you hear about the NHS. I’m very grateful!
