Dear Mr Paul Gryska. Thank you for saving my life. You were and You are the best. I walked in to Newton-Wellesley Hospital ER with PPU (Perforated Peptic Ulcer). I can’t talk, I can’t breathe… I didn’t realize but I needed emergency surgery. Dr. Gryska had a class at that time. He asked if his students can present at the surgery (PPU is very rare).
