I am sharing my experience after receiving care from Dr. Al Darraji at this clinic. In my experience, my concerns were not thoroughly addressed, and I did not receive clear explanations regarding possible causes, risks, or next steps. I left without a defined follow-up plan and ultimately sought additional medical input elsewhere. Patients should advocate strongly for themselves and ensure they feel fully informed before proceeding with treatment.
This clinic’s administrative system is completely unacceptable. There is no functioning call service, no reliable way to reach a GP, and no accountability when it comes to booking appointments. Staff repeatedly claim they will “follow up by text or email,” yet nothing happens. The front‑office team appears untrained, disorganized, and ill‑equipped to work in a service‑based environment. Patients deserve basic communication and competent administration-this clinic fails on both.
This clinic’s communication system is completely unacceptable. When you tell them their phone line doesn’t work, the only response you get is, “You can contact us through text or email.” That might work for them, but it ignores the reality that many patients. especially seniors don’t use email, don’t text, or may not even own a cell phone.
