Brought our 1 year old for Vaccination there. The attendant is rude and non polite as if she is spending her pocket money for us.
Just changed to them hoping they would be better than my previous surgery, but have had trouble getting my regular prescription....... hoping to get it sorted fingers crossed
I have visited Dr Bibi twice in recent weeks and also once for my daughter. I found her to be very thorough and very understanding. I left the consulting room feeling listened to and this is so important. Thank you
The doctors are very good. But very unfortunate, the surgery office/reception/administration is not working at all, putting people's life at risk. No skill/efficiency of email / administrative management.
Spoke to a woman on the telephone to arrange an appointment, I can't believe she was laughing at me when I told her what my health issue was. Absolutely disgusting people
