I have visited Dr Bibi twice in recent weeks and also once for my daughter. I found her to be very thorough and very understanding. I left the consulting room feeling listened to and this is so important. Thank you

The doctors are very good. But very unfortunate, the surgery office/reception/administration is not working at all, putting people's life at risk. No skill/efficiency of email / administrative management.

Spoke to a woman on the telephone to arrange an appointment, I can't believe she was laughing at me when I told her what my health issue was. Absolutely disgusting people

I'd love to know that why they actually excist at all as no help from them whatsoever when you would need! Whatever you would need it is either rejected or wait for appointment, wait for something else or go to somewhere else bla-bla-bla... Or just go to the Gillingham Hospital A&E. So what they actually do from my money which is a lot??? This is a joke to be frank. Shame that zero does not exists as feedback I'd go with that.

I am not registered at this surgery although visit to attend with my elderly parents. I have been impressed with Dr Kypa, she is thorough, helpful and very informative during appts. Reception have been helpful in arranging hub appts when unable to get an appt at this surgery and calls are answered quickly. Improvements are needed in a few areas. In person Appts don't run on time, half hr delays experienced, phone appts should be on time or very close to. Parking is an issue especially if you are attending with someone with d... read more
