Dr. Cooper is one of those telehealth providers that merely writes prescriptions for hundreds of patients through places like Ro and Refills.com. She does not take patients into account personally and ignores messages from her patients as the volume is too high. I've been a patient of hers and have been routinely dismissed and ignored.
Dr Cooper is negligent in care. She lied numerous times about sending in a prior authorization for my medications. I was seeing her under Sesame and she transferred me to her private practice without my consent, which is a HIPPA violation. After confronting her about this she became defensive and cancelled the prescription I had waited months to get, despite having paid for the visit. She is rude and unethical and I will be filing a formal complaint with the board of medicine.
