Outstanding Doctor Im sad that she is no longer on My healthcare plan, Aarp United Healthcare. She was my Doctor for over 10 years!
The doctor is wonderful, but I’ve had a very difficult experience with the office staff. I’ve been calling for over a week to correct an error with my referral— I was mistakenly referred to a pediatric provider even though I’m an adult, and the testing information submitted was incorrect. I’ve called daily, sometimes multiple times, and although I’ve been told several times that someone would call me back, I have yet to receive any follow-up.
