Both lisa and owen (owners) only care about money. They only go above and beyond for clients who are wealthy or have status in the community. They also have absolutely NO compassion when putting an animal to sleep. They put on a fake front, beware. There are many vets you can go to that are cheaper and more importantly, more compassionate.
These people are amazing. I had a last minute emergency with my guinea pig and they took us in right away. We unfortunately had to put him down but they made sure we had all our best options in the table and that we had enough time with him. Process is painful but they helped us and gave us all the support. My fiance and I cant thank them enough.
