I went to Dr Washington for a lanap surgery. He was recommended through my dentist. I went in for the lanap which is several thousands of dollars. I was a bit nervous because it is a several week healing process. He walked into the room, was angry with his tech - something about not turning the computers off over the weekend, clearly in a bad mood. Front desk woman Mira was very rude and never was good to me for almost 2 years. Not professional . Very quick loosing very good clients. Charged me 50 dollars for cancellation 24 hours prior, with out sending to me rules of constellation. Prior she were missed up my appointments also . But Dr Washington very professional and very superb . Very bad he is loosing exellent customers because of unprofessional front desk management!
Dr Washington provided excellent care, great attention to detail, and advise for my young adult children. His staff were friendly and helpful. A great visit!
