I was nervous about the procedure at first but the team at Ascension West made me feel less stressed. Doctor Otis Rickman is a tremendous doctor and he took very good care of me and he explained the bronchoscopy,the pros and the cons the next thing I know I had the procedure and didn't even know it. I felt safe and I Thank Jesus for listening to my prayer before this. But I truly thank Dr. Rickman and his staff for the kindness and care they given me,🙏🏽✨
