Dr Rickman, his staff and the OR/Holding/Recovery room staff were excellent. Very friendly, informative to patient and family. The only reason for not rating 5 star was because they weren’t able to complete procedure and I have to reschedule in 4 weeks. Otherwise, very confident in my doctors and staff!
Very interested in my questions and patient when answering. Step by step explanation of procedure. Also explanation to my family after completed. Broncoscopy
