I feel like Dr. Gonzalez didn't listen to what I had to say during my first appointment and then presented results for another patient during my follow on appointment based on the summary of my appointments in the Patient Portal. The Patient Portal stated he spent 60 minutes with me during my follow up appointment. In actuality, I spent 60 minutes waiting and he spent less than ten minutes with me.
