Add to my previous review: The wait times for Dr. Lovelace and other associated doctors may increase as a day goes on. The doctors, nurses, and other care providers are not going to adhere to 15-minute appointment times when a longer amount of time is necessary to listen to a patient and provide the best service possible to them. Ergo, wait times should not be given much weight in any evaluation of a good practise.
