The Pharmacy has been contacting the nurse staff for three days. Spoke with Nurse Whitney on 3/13/25 about the issue. She stated she was in the middle of something and would contact the Pharmacy. Nothing was calked I conference the call on 3/14/25 to speak with the nurse for medication. Secondly when the patient needed a referral to the specialist one was never sent to the specialist. Even the specialist nursing staff was assisting on their end. Same Nurse Whitney involved with each incident.
Nobody is answering the phone. I need to talk to Doctor.
DO NOT BOTHER CALLING THESE PEOPLE A WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT! They DO NOT ANSWER CALLS, ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSES OF WHY THEY COULDN’T DO THINGS so Unprofessional
