I'm writing this in tears. I don't like doing this but even if it's just that one staff member is sabotaging patients I need others to be wary of this kind of treatment... It feels like they are absolutely willfully incompetent staff and unfriendly(they'll smile and sound happy in tone but basically will tell you put up with our mistreatment or we'll guarantee you're screwed medical treatment wise) and purposely unhelpful. Congratulations to Dr. Osama Ahmed and his team. After 13 years of terrible lower back pain I was referred to Dr Ahmed, in my first visit after examining MRI and X Rays he concluded that surgery was the way to go, my surgery was done on June 12/24. And it was a complete success, I had a disc replaced, and a fusion on L4 and L5 . With the help of therapy I am having a quick recovery, also want to congratulate the staff of Legent Hospital these people were amazing. Thank you for restoring my life.
