They are only interested in weight loss....I have Severe thyroid issues, I was ignored like a dust ball!!!!.....The wait times are ABSURD 45-1 hour, the rooms are hot and very small, they also give way to much authority to their basic nurses to avoid facing the patient....they don't load your portal and they never turn in new prescriptions....I have had consistent bad blood panels for 2.5 years, now I am gone :/
Dr. Sergev is an amazing doctor and is extremely caring for his patients. His staff is wonderful and always very pleasant and prompt. Melissa is Wonderful!
I call and text the office. When I call I get sent the nurses voicemail and she never EVER returns calls. I understand it may be busy, but I literally run out of insulin waiting for them to answer or return my calls. To get prior authorizations takes them years. I’ve explained many times I have run out of insulin and I get no response whatsoever. Do better!!!
Worst staff ever. They never answer or return calls. Nurse was supposed to put prescription in, never did. Always put on hold when you call, or transferred to a full voicemail. I live 2 hours from the office so I can’t just walk in and resolve this. I’ve emailed, and called over and over. Nothing. Going on 6 days without medication.
