I've been going to Dr. Bautista for 16 years. He and his staff was never considered the great but was somewhat convenient if I had a minor thing. Within the last 2 years his practice has been absolutely awful. Last year I needed an MRI for a growth in my liver and his staff member in charge of that kept dismissing the importance of getting an approval code from my insurance company. Neglectful. You can never reach staff. They wait to get back to you until after 6PM when the office closes. Dismisses every condition to a specialist. Blood pressure machine doesn't even work properly. Have been going here for over a decade. Encountered a problem where my pharmacy had to be switched, and I was given the wrong information from the new pharmacist. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Bautista for over 30 years. He's seen us through lots of things by now. When my husband was faced with serious problems, Dr. B. assembled a team of doctors for him and monitored every development and still does. We feel comfortable with him and his staff and confident that we're getting the right care from them. Dread the day he retires.
Dr very knowledgable my family of 6 are all patients. Recommends natural methods when possible. Desk staff is patient kind, and like the dr will spend time and go above and beyond
unhelpful and very unknowledgeable about any ear or skin problems, the doctors he recommends must be personal friends of his because they are just as bad. He exudes terrible bedside manner and it is difficult to obtain an explanation of what his diagnosis is of the condition.
This dr. is very helpful and careing he calls you when results are in and explains everything. He meets with familys and discusses medical situations with them. He is on call every day and night even weekends.
Very empathetic doctor. I am a young patient of 30 and he took the time to listen and help with my medical condition. My whole family goes to him over the years. We started with only two of us being his patient, then just kept recommending family to go to him because of his expertise and good bedside manner.
