Great doctors
Worst experience trying to contact Dr. Rodriguez. The automated system sends you in circles, and when I finally got someone on the phone, she said they were understaffed so she transferred me. I'm trying to purchase critical medical equipment but nobody in the office seems to care. Oh and by the way, they are closed on Fridays so there goes my next opportunity to get help.
Rude, arrogant, abrupt. Shut me down cold as a patient in the hospital. Wouldn't call in a different medicine for one he had given me that was about $400 that my insurance didn't cover--knowing what kind of insurance I had. Office made a follow up appointment but no one bothered to verify or correct my phone number, despite having given it to 3 different people in the hospital; didn't bother to call my pcp for a referral, knowing I would need one before I could be seen.
