Excellent PCP and helpful and professional staff.
Wish I could do 0 stars, but I guess that one star is for Dr. Matais. Looking at the reviews I for sure know it wasn’t me when dealing with the rude billing lady. BEYOND RUDE AND NEGLECTFUL. It’s one thing to not be that good at your job but to sit there and LIE and FAIL horribly with customer service AS WELL. I would be ashamed to have someone like you work for me. Here’s a tip, own up to your mistakes, follow up with customers (actually follow up and not lie saying you did.)
The Dr was great! Linda from billing is very condescending and rude. I’ve been with Dr. Matias for years and will be finding another doctor to get away from Linda. Get rid of her if you want to keep patients. You’ll need another prescription after dealing with her!
The receptionist has a sunny personality and the Doctor and nurse are very skilled and treat me with kindness and respect. Great place to get well. My previous Doctor always gave me the feeling that he didn’t like me. Very happy I made the switch
