Excellent PCP and helpful and professional staff.
Wish I could do 0 stars, but I guess that one star is for Dr. Matais. Looking at the reviews I for sure know it wasn’t me when dealing with the rude billing lady. BEYOND RUDE AND NEGLECTFUL. It’s one thing to not be that good at your job but to sit there and LIE and FAIL horribly with customer service AS WELL. I would be ashamed to have someone like you work for me. Here’s a tip, own up to your mistakes, follow up with customers (actually follow up and not lie saying you did.)
