I just received a call from a woman named Griselda from "billing" stating that they have been trying to get a hold of me in regard to a bill that I owe from a procedure in June. I explained I have no idea who she is, and I have been paying my doctor directly. She said they have no association with the doctor, their billing is separate, and that they've sent notices to my house.
