I am appalled at the manner in which the staff at Hartford Hospital handled my most recent appointment with Dr. DeLucia. I was on my way to the office for my appointment when my car battery died and I was caused to sit on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck in negative degree temperatures. My appointment was in 40 minutes so I immediately called the office and let them know and the receptionist could hear me talking to the two truck driver.
