On March 22nd I was called to book an appointment with Dr. Andreani. I asked if it was possible to have a phone appointment, I was told no. I was given an appointment for April 1 in clinic. I live in Fredericton and to drive down for an appointment during the week when I work was difficult. Despite that, they still refused to give me a phone appointment.
