Absolutely appalling experience. I understand the importance of time, communication, and patient care — values that this psychiatric office's administrative team completely failed to uphold. I initially contacted the practice to request an earlier appointment due to an urgent mental health need. I arrive to be told the appointment had never been booked by the admin team. The admin experience was awful. Constantly told the wrong thing (e.g. have all fees been paid in full or have all forms been completed) only to be later contacted at work and told that forms or payment were outstanding, and needed to be completed IMMEDIATELY! Not at all a helpful or stress free experience. I deeply regret wasting my money on an assessment here, as it was rushed and not at all thorough, and just felt like the psych was rushing through a tick box exercise, and yet it still took about 6 weeks to finally receive... read more

What can I say… from the admin team to Dr Theodoratos are all worth their weight in gold. They made an unsettling and nervous situation for me so calming and comfortable. I’m so grateful to them for their understanding and patience. I highly recommend Dr Theodoratos. He takes his time and to really listen and genuinely help individual needs.

The support I’ve been receiving from my psychologist so far has been great but the administrative side of things has been disappointing. I’ve been dealing with unacknowledged clerical errors and ongoing lack of communication, which has been highly stressful. Considering a large volume of clientele will likely be struggling with ADHD management, this needs to get better.
