It’s such a shame to see the negative reviews and experiences especially because mine has been the exact opposite. So opposite that it left me confused and had to quadruple check it was the same practice. Admin has been amazing and very prompt with contact. I haven’t had to follow up with any information and they are extremely proactive with appointment times. They’re also so good at answering all my questions even if they’re a bit silly. Lacking empathy
Really disappointing experience. Admin went no communication with me for over 2 weeks. Finally receive an impersonal text saying they will not be able to treat me. Unbothered by the outcome; medical is a hard industry & I don’t expect what I need quickly. Extremely dissatisfied with the processes that took place. Trying to get any information/help out of this admin team is akin to getting water from a stone.
Absolutely appalling experience. I understand the importance of time, communication, and patient care — values that this psychiatric office's administrative team completely failed to uphold. I initially contacted the practice to request an earlier appointment due to an urgent mental health need. I arrive to be told the appointment had never been booked by the admin team. The admin experience was awful. Constantly told the wrong thing (e.g. have all fees been paid in full or have all forms been completed) only to be later contacted at work and told that forms or payment were outstanding, and needed to be completed IMMEDIATELY! Not at all a helpful or stress free experience. I deeply regret wasting my money on an assessment here, as it was rushed and not at all thorough, and just felt like the psych was rushing through a tick box exercise, and yet it still took about 6 weeks to finally receive... read more
