Id say for me this program worked. Don’t get hung up on the fact it’s a maintenance program. I took suboxonne for 3 days and decided that’s all I needed and my nurse was 100% supportive. I would say though there is no “counseling” as far as I’ve done. It’s just regular visits with a nurse
