I usually take online reviews with a grain of salt, especially when there are that many negative ones. I honestly thought, “How bad could it really be?” Well… apparently pretty bad. My appointment was scheduled for 1:45 PM. The doctor finally walked into the room at 3:18 PM. Not “running a little behind” late. Then came the actual consultation.
