Trucker Family : So straight to the point when I receive my DOT physical here, it was not comfortable. It was rushed and all over the place had to do numerous of things. Furthermore, I requested a two year and I only got one year based off of discrimination of wearing glasses. Another one star reason was because I was told that they report to the DMV, but I still have to contact them but why tell someone that unless you only report when your physical is expired do not come here.
Afterwards, Emmanuel assisted me whole time. When I was talking to him, I had 0 stress. He know what I was mentioning, helping out everything all the way through. He was very kind and efficient. The front desk woman who claims to be Dr. Onyema's manager is very rude. Angry tone all the time. When you talk to her, even over the phone, you will notice it is her. After moving to Florida four years ago… I had countless “new patient appointments“ and never kept a single one for my primary care doctor. Then he came along… He was recommended to me through a home health patient of mine and I am so thankful! The staff are very respectful and responsive. He actually listens and he actually cares.
The service provided by Carla and Manny was professional and they were consistently patient and helpful, keeping me informed throughout the process. However, the overall processing time was excessively long. While I appreciate their assistance, measures should be implemented to expedite the processing of these time-sensitive documents.
Overall, the place is clean, and the doctor is really nice. The prices are reasonable too.
