SEE DR. GARCIA INSTEAD!!! Not sure how he has 3 stars. He NEEDS TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL!!! He REFUSED to take me on as a patient. Couldn't be bothered in transferring my records even though his staff is the one who does it & NOT HIM & even WITH ME saying I'll do the work for u he STILL said "That's too much work" He couldn't grasp the fact that I don't want to continue to see my current pulmonologist.
