Dr. Telford has been my doctor for almost a year now and hands down she is the best of the best. She is thorough, compassionate, kind and really meets her patients where they are at to try and develop the best holistic treatment approach. I can’t say thank you enough to her and Geri for their kindness and compassion.
The best doctor. On time, precessional, thorough, goes out of her way to be responsive. Listens. Explains things well. So smart. Highly recommend.
Dr. Onala Telford is amazing & and caring. I love how caring and relatable she is. HOWEVER - JERI is a liar. Numerous times, I called the office asking for prior authorization (aka PA) on the prescription that I desperately needed/NEED, even went to the office and got a printout of the prescription. Each time I called SHE SAID, THE PA (PRIOR AUTHORIZATION) WAS DONE. She gave me Medication, however it was EXPIRED. When I called the pharmacy for the 5th time, they stated the PA wasn't done, so I three-way the pharmacy AND the ... read more
Dr. Telford was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The staff was professional and welcoming. They were very flexible with fitting me into their schedule to be seen promptly. I felt all my questions were answered completely, and I left feeling empowered and more capable in handling my condition under her guidance.
