Kerri, I totally agree with everything you wrote! They will not call back or respond. Took them 3 months to even get my medical records. Did you know they arent even using proper procedure for their in-house urine screen. You do not initial the seal on the bottle nor get a copy of the lab paper. And the lab they use is not even FDA approved. They play favorites too. Some have zero tolerance while they let others slide on screening. When I first started she was great, staff was great, and then it became all about the money!
I was an established pain patient of over 2 yrs with Ona Schulz & prior 17yrs. with NO incidents EVER. two wks prior to my apt I rec. a "form" letter stating I was terminated immediately and cut off all meds, said I failed a tox screen. which is BS. I called and called, emailed, mailed a letter, no returns on any. finally after 13 days of calling, Jackie, with her god like complex answered, I was upset, crying, wanted direction as to what to do, she was giggling with someone, IDK, but I was treated terrible by her.
