Dr. Nikrouz is truly an amazing doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and always makes you feel comfortable and respected during your visit. Everyone in the office is so helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and a wonderful staff.
I am currently halfway through a four-week observership here. As it is my first observership, there were many things I was unfamiliar with. However, Dr. Nikrouz and the staff patiently guided me step by step, carefully explaining each stage rather than leaving me to figure things out on my own. Dr. Nikrouz has also been very kind and supportive. His encouragement helped me adapt quickly to the hospital environment and feel comfortable learning and asking questions. Dr. Nikrouz is a fantastic doctor who is professional, caring, and attentive. What really stands out is how lovely the staff is. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure patients feel comfortable. The front desk staff is especially friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. It’s a great environment and I would highly recommend this office. I would highly recommend !!!!
Well, the DR is good...but his front desk staff, in particular Crystal is awful. She is rude and actually hung up on me TWO times today . I was trying to get script refilled and she kept giving me the wrong medication name. ( I called in 10 days ago to get this SAME script filled, I was told it was done and it never was) I kept explaining that i am not now, nor have i ever been on Lipitor. She would not listen. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Nikrouz. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable. The space is clean and calm, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
