Hands down best experience ever, i work in medical filed and practice as physician in NJ, i was recommended to see him by a surgeon, whose family also follow up with Dr Nikrouz. Amazing, so amazing that he’s now my PCP! it’s been a long and arduous path to finding a good proper Internist in nyc. Well, the DR is good...but his front desk staff, in particular Crystal is awful. She is rude and actually hung up on me TWO times today . I was trying to get script refilled and she kept giving me the wrong medication name. ( I called in 10 days ago to get this SAME script filled, I was told it was done and it never was) I kept explaining that i am not now, nor have i ever been on Lipitor. She would not listen. Dr. Nikrouz is truly an amazing doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and always makes you feel comfortable and respected during your visit. Everyone in the office is so helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and a wonderful staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am currently halfway through a four-week observership here. As it is my first observership, there were many things I was unfamiliar with. However, Dr. Nikrouz and the staff patiently guided me step by step, carefully explaining each stage rather than leaving me to figure things out on my own. Dr. Nikrouz has also been very kind and supportive. His encouragement helped me adapt quickly to the hospital environment and feel comfortable learning and asking questions.
