I switched to 1 star. They called in my prescription, however it needed preauthorization. Nobody said anything for over a month. When finally back in contact I kept getting, we'll call you back for preauthorization. Never did. I called back to check becauseof the upcoming appointment, they said we will call you back. They never did. But they did blow up my phone with warnings that I will be billed if I don't show up to my appointment.
