Dr. Elhaj is very cold and not easy to talk to. Scheduling any appointments within a reasonable time was always difficult. If I needed to talk with him, the organization "Psychological and Behavioral Consultants" wouldn't allow patient-to-doctor communication (which is absurd) and would give me to a hotline named "Patient Services". While following a dispute on a bill for over $200, the offices refused to ask my insurance for payment. I've never had to write a review for such poor health service.
