After my incident, I conducted additional research and found that I am not the only patient who has raised serious concerns about Dr. Omar Ahmed’s conduct. Avoid this surgeon at all costs. After a traumatic hiking accident one year ago where I shattered all of the bones in my face, I had the misfortune of having Dr. Ahmed assigned to the reconstructive surgery at Huntington Hospital. Because it was a weekend, the A team was off duty and he was on call. From the moment he met me, he was rude, cruel and arrogant. Dr. Ahmed is an artist at his craft and an extraordinary surgeon. I had a mommy make over and can’t believe my body looks this amazing. He and his staff were very informative and helpful from the very first appointment. The recovery was exactly as he had described. My only regret is waiting so long to do this! 1000% recommend!!
