My dad was referred to Dr. Sharma from the VA and their community care program. Our first visit was lovely with Dr. Sharma and a nurse named Trish. However I just called the office and had the unfortunate experience of speaking with a nurse named Joan. She was so rude and unprofessional that I actually couldn’t believe someone would speak to another human who is trying to help their dad with healthcare the way that she did. If Dr. Sharma was not so wonderful, I would find another Dr. She should be fired.
Dr Sharma is a very good caring doctor. Unfortunately he has a nurse Joan is not so much. I had a question about a prescription he ordered. She said the pharmacy was at fault and hung up on me. That was not very nice. I know they are busy but to cut someone off like that doesn't bare well for his practice
Dr. Sharma is perhaps the best family physician I’ve had since retiring in Englewood 13 years ago. Excellent bedside manners, knowledgeable & cooperative to patient concerns. He makes going to the doctor a most pleasurable experience. Always prompt and on of the best Dr. selections I’ve made.
Aetna has this Dr. in its network listing but they DO NOT accept Aetna/Medicare. The office secretary is rude & dismissive.
This doc has been sent from heaven for me. I have multiple medical issues, been through 3 PCPs since moving to Florida and nobody cares anymore. They give you 15 min. Can't say enough good things about Dr Sharma.
