Normally I’m not a fan of going to the dentist (as I’m sure most people can relate), but this is by far the best dental experience I’ve had in Los Angeles. Everyone who works here is so kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They help keep my teeth clean and healthy with their services and their expertise.
Hygienist went to check if I had coverage for fluoride and said I did. Turns out she had the entirely wrong chart open for me. I was surprised and disappointed when I was asked to pay for it at the end of my visit. This is not the first time they’ve had the wrong chart for me - my last visit, someone came into the room and addressed me by the wrong name. I am concerned for their chart practices if this is happening multiple times.
Going to the dentist can be a little scary but Dr Cajulis and her wonderful staff always calms me down. Great dentist, great dental hygienists. It had been a year since I had gone to the dentist, becuase I had to find a good individual dental plan that was priced reasonably. I went for my preventative care (x-rays, and cleaning) and it was wonderful. The technology for even taking x-rays was wonderful. Great experience overall.
